Homemade Maple Whipped Cream. 

1 cup of heavy cream

3 tbsp pure Vermont maple syrup or maple sugar

In a chilled bowl, whisk heavy cream until frothy. Add in maple syrup or sugar until soft peaks form. 

Maple Salmon

4 Salmon Filets

1/4 cup Pure Vermont Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Maple Seasoning

Mix maple syrup, soy sauce and pour over salmon filets. Refrigerate for an hour. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees then sprinkle each steak with Maple Seasoning. Serve and enjoy!
